Growing up in New Zealand in a family of 7, I left school at 15 to move from the country to the big city for work. My first job was in a laundry, I soon realized it wasn't where I'd find fortune or fulfillment.
At 20, I moved to Sydney, Australia, diving into office work and city life. I married an engineer, we had a son (now 30), and we moved regularly. We lived in Sydney, Hong Kong, Melbourne, and back to Sydney. I now reside in Melbourne, but my home is often my caravan (travel trailer), roaming different areas of Australia for most of the year, chasing the sun!
From desk to destination, I've turned my work into a wild ride of adventure!

HOW DID I GET HERE: After more than 30 years in corporate administration, the long hours and lack of stimulation got to me. Thankfully, I got retrenched. What a blessing the decision to change occupation was made for me. I started looking to find a new work direction. A short stint running a cleaning business and Uber driving gave me the first taste of the freedom in time flexibility and planning my workday around living.
